Which is better: Whole Eggs or Just Whites.

Mike Geary, a renowned certified nutritionist, author of
The Truth About Six-Pack Abs, now tells us that people are
misinformed about nutrition as they mistakenly think the
yolks are the worst part of the egg, but in fact is the more
healthy part of the egg.

If you throw away the yolks and eat the whites only you are
wasting the enormous egg nutrition properties: rich in
antioxidants, so many B vitamins, minerals, vitamin A,
folate, choline, lutein and other powerful nutrients. It
would be a long list of properties, good properties.

Yolks will shoot high the content of cholesterol in the
blood? No, this is FALSE!.
